Course Content and Objectives
This massage course offers you an introduction to the world of massage. You will gain deeper insights into the human body and how to use massage to invite relaxation and tranquility.

• We begin with the basics, the ABC's, fundamental techniques, and the massage tools you will need to give a beneficial massage treatment.

• We'll show you classic long strokes, simple movement elements for the body's articulations and integrative gentle rocking.

• We will cover everything you need to know to give and receive massage, carefully from the very beginning.

Through guided awareness exercises, you'll explore your perceptions and cultivate a quality of presence.
By experiencing deeper breathing, you'll become more in touch with yourself and achieve greater positive effects in massage through the connection with breath.

Planetary® Massage and Bodywork demonstrates how we can have a holistic effect through compassionate touch and experience it ourselves. Be inspired, discover and come learn with us effective basic techniques for massage. 

The course offers ample time for the practical massage component, where participants can try out and practice the demonstrated massage techniques with one another.

The starter massage course welcomes everyone, whether beginners looking to get started with massage or experienced massage practitioners who want to refresh their skills. The prerequisite is an interest in touching people and in learning an exceptional massage and its basic techniques in a mindful, inspiring and relaxed learning atmosphere.
